Equip and Empower
At Life Church we are called to reach and empower people to lead in every area of life. Leadership Academy has been intentionally designed to EQUIP and EMPOWER everyday people to be the leaders that God has created them to be. Regardless of the stage of life you are in, this program will position you to impact your spheres of influence. We encourage you to take the opportunity, have a go, step out in faith and follow God's call on your life.

One Year Program Includes:
Input Sessions
Weekly Zoom Sessions with Key Ministry Team including Ps Geoff & Ps Lee and Guest Speakers, along with experts in Discipleship, Biblical foundations, Ministry & Mission and Leadership & Culture.
Functional Application
We will create a tailored volunteer opportunity for you that suits your schedule (we have face to face during the week, or flexi after-hours options), within a department at one of our Life Church Locations. (8 Hours Per Week)
Mentoring
You will be matched with a mentor, who will meet with you once a month to coach you in your identified growth opportunities and leadership development.
